BATTERY · Information
In compliance with EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542. Full digital battery passport coming 2027.
Safety
- Do not disassemble, crush, or puncture the battery pack
- Do not expose to fire or temperatures above 60°C
- Do not short-circuit the terminals
- Use only with USB-C compliant chargers (charging cable not included — most phone chargers work)
- Charging below 0°C is not recommended — lithium cells degrade when charged cold
- Store at approximately 50% charge if not used for extended periods
End of life — Recycling
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the battery and packaging means it must not be disposed of as household waste. Lithium-ion batteries contain valuable materials — lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper — that can be recovered and reused.
In Norway: Return to any Grønt Punkt collection point or municipal waste facility (gjenvinningsstasjon).
In the EU: Return to any electronics waste collection point. Most retail stores selling batteries accept used batteries for recycling.
Or send it back to us. We accept returns for free recycling — contact us for a return label. The best repair is the one you never need; the second best is a battery that gets recycled instead of thrown away.

Order or contact us
Order the part directly from our shop, or contact us if you're unsure. We respond within one business day.
Replace it yourself
Most parts are click-replaceable in under 5 minutes. No tools required for the cable, battery, or headband. The PCB and LED need a small Torx T5 driver.
Or send it to us
If you don't want to handle it yourself, ship the lamp to us in Burfjord. We do the work and ship it back. One channel, direct, no service-centre network.
