Email Works Best.

Email is the fastest way to reach us. It lets us answer properly — with photos, videos, links to spare parts, or whatever your question needs.

We reply within one business day. The shop is open 24/7. The humans behind it are not. Norwegian office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00 CET.

The only exception: when Bjarte's out skiing powder with the lamps on — at least three times a week during the season, usually on lunch breaks. Which is more than a CEO should probably admit.

A few things that help us answer faster:

    Questions about how your lamp works, fitting spare parts, or troubleshooting.

  • Warranty claims

    See our Warranty page for what we cover. Include proof of purchase.

  • Orders, shipping, or returns

    Include your order number if you have one.

  • Press, wholesale, or partnerships

    Just say so in the subject line — it goes to the same inbox.
